Who provides this

What the service is

A set of file tools. Most of them run entirely inside your browser and transmit nothing. Three of them — PDF Translator, Image Translator and Video Translator — send extracted text, or extracted audio, to a translation model. The privacy policy sets out that split in detail, and it is worth reading before you use those three.

The browser-side tools are free and need no account. The three AI tools come with a free allowance each day and sell page packs beyond it.

Provided as it is

The tools are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind: not of fitness for a particular purpose, not of uninterrupted availability, not that a conversion will give you the result you had in mind.

Keep your originals. A converter can misread a file, a browser can run out of memory halfway through a job, and a translation can be wrong in ways neither of us notices. Check the output before you rely on it, and never let this site hold the only copy of anything.

What you may not do

Do not:

• Process content you have no right to process.
• Produce material that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Work around the free allowance — scripting the endpoints, spreading requests across many addresses, or sharing one licence identifier for bulk use.
• Resell access, or run the translation endpoints as the backend of your own product.
• Attack the service: probing it, overwhelming it, or interfering with anyone else’s use of it.

We can cut off access that does any of this, without notice.

Page packs

A page pack is bought once. It is a quantity of pages, not a subscription: nothing recurs, nothing is charged again, and the pages do not expire.

A page is 3,000 characters of source text. For video, one minute of audio counts as one page. The count is made on our side from what is actually sent, not from what your browser claims.

There is no account. Your purchase is held against a random identifier stored in your browser. If you lose it, you can move the licence to a new browser using the order number and the email address you paid with, so keep the receipt.

If a batch fails entirely, the pages it would have cost are put back.

Refunds

If a page pack does not work for you, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] within [REFUND WINDOW] of the purchase and we will refund it. We will ask which order it is, and we may ask what went wrong, but we are not going to argue with you about it.

After that window, pages already translated are not refundable — the cost of translating them was real on our side.

Prices and changes to the service

Prices can change; what you have already bought does not. Tools can be added, altered or withdrawn. The free daily allowance is a courtesy and can be adjusted or stopped. Pages you have paid for cannot.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of using this site.

Where we are liable, the total is capped at what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for most people here, is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
