Nowhere. This page downloads a small program into your browser, and that program reads the file straight from your disk. The program comes from this site like any image or stylesheet — but your file only ever travels from your disk into your own browser tab.

Sample-accurate, and WAV in means WAV out
Cut points land on exact samples, and a WAV keeps its original sample rate. Compressed input has to be decoded by the browser first, so that step is not reversible — but the cut adds nothing on top of it.

Questions
Why is the output a WAV and not an MP3?
WAV is uncompressed, so the cut adds no further loss. Writing an MP3 would mean encoding again and giving up quality a second time. If you need a smaller file, compress the WAV afterwards.
The WAV is much bigger than my MP3. Is that normal?
Yes. WAV stores the audio uncompressed — roughly ten times an MP3. It is a trade for not losing anything in the cut.
Which formats can I open?
Whatever your browser can decode, which covers MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV and OGG on current browsers.
Is my audio uploaded?
No. Decoding and cutting both happen in your browser.
How precise is the cut?
To the sample. The times you type are converted to exact sample positions.
